At Ruby Racing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 15 days of the purchase date.
Refunds are only available for products that are in their original condition and packaging, and have not been used, worn or damaged. Refunds are not available for any products that have been customized or personalized. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at support@rubyracing.com within 15 days of the purchase date. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund within 2-5 business days. The refund will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. For exchanges, contact us at support@rubyracing.com. For damaged or defective products, notify us within 7 days for assistance.
Ruby Racing offers shipping to the United States and international countries. Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. International shipping takes up to 12 days. We can ship to any address in the world. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery times vary by Destination, with tracking provided for all orders. For international shipments, customs fees may apply. custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
