Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund within 2-5 business days. The refund will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. Ruby Racing offers shipping to the United States and international countries. Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. International shipping takes up to 12 days. We can ship to any address in the world. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
